This limited edition wine is made in a dry style with the oak giving the wine a softness and richness while still retaining its intense fruit characteristics.
Not overly oaked, this is a complex and elegant wine that provides a point of difference in the spectrum of Pinot Gris.
Honeydew, loquat, crème brûlée and spice aromatics are followed by a rich stone fruit texturally driven palate. A nice tension supported by the oak finishes with a soft mineral persistence.

The 2010 vintage (★★★★) is a full-bodied, bone-dry wine (1.4 grams/litre of residual sugar) matured in old French oak casks. Sweet-fruited, it has ripe peach and nectarine flavours, with a subtle seasoning of oak and excellent richness.
