Pinot Noir was hand-picked on March 26th, and cool fermented in stainless steel to maintain freshness and aromatics. The nose shows attractive strawberry notes with hints of brambles. A balanced palate with ripe berry flavours and attractive freshness. The wine displays good fruit weight, texture and length.
