  • 93 Points Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, August 2025:

Beautifully fruited and inviting, the wine shows dark plum, floral, clove, and toasted almond characters. The palate delivers succulent fruit intensity with spicy nuances, well supported by silky texture and polished tannins, finishing harmonious and flavoursome. At its best: now to 2030.

92 Points, Halliday Wine Companion, April 2026:

Mid-ruby with lifted aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, dark plum and raspberry high tones over hints of Medina spice, cold tea, a wisp of briar and crushed mountain herbs, gentle oak spice, poached rhubarb and turned leaf litter. Mid-weight on the palate with some chocolate sliding into view. There's plenty of mineral energy to its line and some great detail and clarity for a pinot noir at this level.

18/20 Points, Candice Chow for Raymond Chan reviews, September 2025:

Medium ruby-red with a purple core, even colour throughout. The nose is gently full, with aromas of fresh cherry, blackberry, thyme and cinnamon. Medium-full bodied, aromas of blackberry, black cherry, entwined with thyme, black pepper and cinnamon. The fruit is forward and dark-toned, lightly structured by dusty tannin and contributes subtle spice complexity. Youthful and ready to drink, with a typical Central Otago Pinot Noir expression.

89 Points, Aaron Brasher, Real Review April 2026:

Juicy, fleshy and lifted red and blue fruit aromas, spice rack, bramble and earth are there as well.  Fruit driven, blueberry, dark cherry and a drive of supple, shapely tannins.
