Throughout the years, our pinot gris has won numerous awards. The 1998 Pinot Gris won a gold medal and the supreme trophy for other white wines at the 1999 Royal Easter Show. Subsequent vintages have also gained awards, with the 2002 winning a Blue/Gold award in the 2004 Sydney International Wine Competition. This wine was judged of a Gold Medal standing both with and without food, hence the double award. It also has won a gold medal in the 2005 Starwine International Wine Competition in the USA. Our 2007 Pinot Gris won a Blue-Gold Award at the 2010 Sydney Top 100 Wine Competition.
Our 2009 pinot gris shows mineral, lime, passionfruit and white peach aromatics. The palate shows strong tropical fruit flavours.
