Pinot Noir makes a delightful Rosé, so each year we sacrifice some of the grapes that go into our signature Pinot Noir to make a fruit driven, summery Rosé.
Made in a dry style, this is a serious wine with vibrant and lifted fruit aromatics showing great depth, elegance and style.
The fruit for this Rosé was left on skins for four days before being gently pressed and fermented with a indigenous yeast.
The resulting wine displays red lifted fruit aromatics with spice and floral undertones followed by a supple and elegant mouthfeel showing verve, freshness and energy.
